If another platform says “not supported” for your PNG, it’s usually due to size limits, an unusual color profile, or the platform only accepting SVG.
If your uploader says “not supported” even for a PNG
- It might not really be a PNG. Some editors export as HEIC/WebP but rename the extension to .png.
- It might be too large (some uploaders reject big files). Try exporting under ~1–2MB.
- It might be CMYK or have an unusual color profile. Re-export as standard sRGB.
- The platform may only accept SVG. If possible, export your logo as SVG.
